 Jinny Thayer joined The Stott Team early in 2004 after we had completed three transactions with her family. She was raised on Oahu and attended Punahou. Jinny holds a BS degree in Biology with a minor in Sociology from Lewis and Clark College. Prior to joining the Team, Jinny worked for her husband's company. Jinny has three children and lives a few miles from the office on Kaneohe Bay. She enjoys tennis and boating and is a member of the Kaneohe Yacht Club.
 Lisa Harding is the Newest member of The Stott Team. She joined the Team in May 2005 and started off with a bang making the best start in the history of our Buyer Specialst Program in 1999. Lisa moved to Hawaii from Illinois 6 years ago and is very familiar with the island. She worked most recently for Fairfield Timeshare Resorts and was a Top Salesperson with that company. Lisa enjoys the outdoors and taking her Chihuahua "Kona" to the beach!
